We are Kingdom Citizens and we will always make the necessary adjustments. God is saying, listen carefully: I have given you authority [that you now possess] to tread on serpents and scorpions, and [the ability to exercise authority] over all the power of the enemy (Satan); and nothing will [in any way] harm you.

You are set FREE and no longer have to be in bondage. NOW, it is all on you to fix your life. NO more destructive behavior directed at yourself. Self-sabotage occurs when we destroy ourselves physically, mentally, or emotionally or deliberately hinder our own success and wellbeing.

Here are some practices to help you to stop beating yourself up: *Focus more on positive self-talk. *Make a conscious effort to stop putting yourself down. *Practice kindness towards yourself. *Stop comparing yourself to others. *Think of mistakes as learning opportunities. *Be patient with yourself.

At some point you must make yourself a priority. Making yourself a priority, especially your physical and mental well-being, is the best way to put your best self out there for all the world to see. Nobody benefits from a tired or depressed version of yourself… especially not you. I want to encourage you to do the following: 1. Define your needs · 2. Set boundaries around your time and space · 3. Learn to forgive yourself and others.

What areas of your life do you need to over come from?

When life gets overwhelming and I can’t seem to focus on any one thing on my to-do list, I am best motivated by getting out for a walk when weather is good or stopping everything to center myself with a few slow, deep breaths and then I pick one thing from list that feels doable and I get it done😁 Taking a quick breather to collect myself and then getting 1 thing done helps me gain the momentum and motivation to get the next thing done and then the next….. I’m curious….what works for you?

Who told you that you could not do it? Think about the first person who told you that you were not good enough.
